The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and the lively city center. It was situated on a quiet street, so there was no noise from traffic or nightlife. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with valuable information on nearby attractions and places to visit. The rooms were spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
While the room was generally clean, we did notice some stains on the couch from previous guests, which was a bit disappointing. The shower cabin was also quite small and close to the ceiling, making it a bit uncomfortable for taller individuals.

I liked the service and friendliness of the staff.
It would be a good idea to have internet. That would suit the ambition of the hotel.

This is the nicest hotel I stayed at on Crete - the rooms are modern & amazing. The hotel is right at the beginning of the swimming beach area, whilst within easy walking distance to the old town attractions. The lady at reception (Voula, I think) was extremely lovely and helpful too.

The hotel is ideally located just a few meters from the beach, making it very convenient for bike riders like us who wanted easy access to the seafront. the rooms are spacious and modern, with a well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable beds, ensuring a pleasant stay. the staff are friendly and helpful, offering great assistance when needed. there is a balcony in each room, providing a nice spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The TV channels were very limited, which was a bit disappointing for those looking for some entertainment.

It was a good hotel, one street behind the enormous beach at Rethymon ( about 50 meters)Parking was fairly easy in the street as there is no parking in the hotel. Good for families as there is a little swimming pool close to the reception area. Staff very friendly. Good equipment in the hotel - ultra modern. The only problem was although there is free WiFi I was only able to use my computer in the reception area and not in the room. A good compromise if you want to stay in Retheymon. Would recommend.
Nothing really - only the problem with the WiFI

The shower was really nice, with a lot of pressure and hot water. the room had a small kitchen which was great when we wanted to cook our own meals. the location was super convenient, right by the beach and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops.
The bed was really uncomfortable, we woke up with sore backs every morning. the breakfast was pretty disappointing, there weren't many options and the food didn't taste very good.
